We Only Offer Store Credit, We Do Not Issue Refunds or Exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s within 14 calendar days of shipping date. Any returns received past our policy will be rejected. See conditions below.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant and perfume scents.
  • Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable)
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

How to Return:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
